Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our online store. All transactions are to be paid in U. S. funds ONLY.


Shipping

Merchandise may be shipped to you in separate containers at different times depending on product availability and the carrier.

Use only a physical address as carriers such as UPS will not ship to a post office box.


Back-Orders / Discontinued Items / Substitutions
You will be notified by email if an item is not in stock, on back order, or has been discontinued. Backorders may be cancelled at any time. We reserve the right to make a sensible substitution, when it becomes necessary. Every effort will be made to fulfill your order as it was placed by you.

Returns / Exchanges & Canceled Orders

You may return or exchange any item within 15 days of purchase. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied to all merchandise returns and canceled orders.  If product is shipped, transportation costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for freight on all returns and exchanges.

Exceptions: Special orders, customized, and personalized merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

Do not return merchandise without a return authorization number (RMA). Please apply for a Return Authorization Number through your account's Review Orders. When applying for a return or exchange please include your reason for returning/exchange. A reason for refund/exchange is required for the RMA to be processed. If you have any questions, please contact service@saddlesnhorsetackshop.com.

Your account will be credited once the item(s) has been returned and inspected. Full credit minus the restocking charge will be given to merchandise that show no signs of wear.

  • Saddles: Do not use a tightly fitted girth, or stirrup leathers that will blemish or stain the saddle.
  • Blankets: We are unable to accept dirty blankets for return or exchange due to health reasons. Use a clean sheet under your new blanket to keep the blanket clean while checking for proper fit.
  • All other items: Must be clean and appear in unused condition.

Return unused merchandise immediately to ensure proper credit to your account or to receive an exchange.


Claims / Discrepancies
Each order is checked for accuracy before leaving our warehouse. In the event of a discrepancy, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Report any discrepancies to service@saddlesnhorsetackshop.com.
